THE BUZZ
Good news is here. The stock market continues to rise, consumer confidence is up, and hiring is spurring significant interest in buying. Pending home sales posted a strong rebound per March stats. February sales roared to the highest level in nearly a year and the second highest level in more than a decade according to the National Association of Realtors. Lawrence Yun, chief economist for NAR, reports, "Buyers came back in force. The expectation from many buyers that delaying their home search may mean paying a higher interest rate later this year drives sales too." Yun expects activity to fluctuate, however, due to the lack of supply of homes on the market. Is it time to start looking for a new home? Is it time to think of selling as the market is strong? Let's talk.
JUST ASK Green is the color of the year. Pantone announced "greenery" is a refreshing and revitalizing shade - symbolic of new beginnings. Greenery is a yellow-green shade that evokes the first days of spring when nature's greens revive, restore and renew. A good way to add pops of green is with painted accent furniture, area rugs, art, throw pillows, and plants. Or go bold and paint a wall. I hope you have fun and go green in 2017.

If you're thinking of selling, I'd be happy to meet with you and talk home prep.
